Frequently asked questions

What do I need to subdivide a property?

We need to identify the property, review its current plan, know the location and understand the intended division. We then check the conditions that may affect the proposal.

Can you combine two or more properties?

Yes. We review the available background and plans to determine the survey and documentation required for a property consolidation.

Does a cadastral plan mean I can already build?

Not necessarily. Construction may also require zoning confirmation, utility availability, construction drawings, permits and other site-specific conditions.

How long does a subdivision or cadastral plan take?

We agree on dates for the survey and plan preparation. Approval also depends on the available documents, required approvals and each authority’s review. We keep you updated on progress.
