Leveling Costa Rica
We are a Costa Rican technical services company working with property owners, businesses and institutions. Our experience combines fieldwork and design for property and construction projects.
Our work includes homes, hospitality properties, roads and energy infrastructure. We give attention to both the technical work and the presentation of drawings, maps and reports our clients need to use.

Can I hire just one service?
Yes. You can request a survey, a plan, a design or a specific application. You do not have to hire us for every stage of a project.
Do you serve the Guanacaste coast?
Yes. We work inland and along the Guanacaste coast, as well as in Lake Arenal, San Carlos, La Fortuna and Monteverde.
What information should I send?
Send the location, a brief explanation and any related plans, photographs or documents. If you are unsure which service you need, describe what you want to resolve.
Is there a fee for a site visit?
When a visit is needed for measurements, a site assessment or advice, we explain what it includes and its cost before scheduling it.
How is the schedule agreed?
We agree on dates for our work and provide progress updates. Permits and documents requiring approval also depend on the reviewing authority’s processing times.
Can I hire you from another country?
Yes. We receive information by WhatsApp or email and arrange online meetings. We can organize fieldwork without requiring you to be present for every step.
